Comprising around 9.25 hectares (22.8 acres) in area, the site is located at Banbury Lane, on the western side of Middleton Cheney and adjacent to the recently completed housing scheme known as ‘Becketts Green’. The site is a short walk from Middleton Cheney village centre and its array of services and facilities, including a primary school, shops and bus stops.

The land’s existing landscape features, including hedgerows and woodland can be protected, with the opportunity to form a robust and attractive landscape framework to provide new, modest expansion to the village.
