Barwood Land has recently submitted an outline planning application to West Northants Council. This application will be considered by the Council in the light of its own planning policies and national Government policy. Upon registration of the application, the Council will carry out its own consultation process with the local community. A hard copy of the Design and Access Statement will also be sent to the Parish Council, who have kindly agreed to make available to view in Middleton Cheney’s community library.
